Inspired by notes of rose, violet and blackcurrant, and by the image of a golden harvest scattered with colourful poppies, we imagined an English-style brunch where every detail echoed the fragrance.
Parisian brioche with poppy seeds and edible flowers, and poached eggs served with heirloom Ananas tomatoes, recreated the colours and spirit of that late-summer landscape.
