I have spent my life exploring beauty, fragrance, flavour and emotion.

I have never followed a career. I have followed a fascination: understanding how beauty

moves people.

A Life Guided by Fascination

Born in France, shaped by a formative chapter in London, and now based in Madrid, my journey has never followed a straight line. Looking back, however, every chapter feels connected.

Science first taught me curiosity. As a pharmacist, I became fascinated by the invisible language of scent, a fascination that led me to write my doctoral thesis on Musk, one of the most mysterious and captivating ingredients in the world of perfume.

From there, I joined the International Marketing team of Giorgio Armani Parfums within L'Oréal Luxe, where I discovered the extraordinary standards of luxury and the art of crafting unforgettable experiences.

But beyond the launches, the campaigns and the beautiful objects, I found myself asking a different question.

Why do certain moments stay with us forever?

Following Emotion

That question quietly changed the direction of my life.

While every detail of a luxury launch was carefully orchestrated, I realised that the gastronomic experience was often treated as an afterthought. Yet food, like fragrance, has the power to awaken memory, emotion and human connection.

This insight inspired me to create SIMPLY FABULOUS, bringing together fragrance, flavour, beauty and storytelling into one sensory language.

Since then, my journey has taken me far beyond the world of perfume.

It has led me to search for forgotten heirloom tomatoes in Mexico, discover extraordinary producers across Spain, create sensory gardens, design intimate celebrations in Hawaii, the Loire Valley and soon Rajasthan, collaborate with luxury hotels, and welcome guests to our beloved Molino in the Spanish countryside.Each place, each encounter and each project has added another layer to the same lifelong exploration.

What I Have Learned

Looking back, I realise I have never been searching only for beautiful ingredients, beautiful gardens or beautiful destinations.

I have always been searching for emotion.

Fragrance taught me that what is invisible can be unforgettable.

Gardens taught me that beauty cannot be rushed.

Travel taught me that every culture holds its own wisdom.

Around a table, I discovered that sharing food is one of the purest expressions of generosity.

And people, above all, have taught me that every meaningful experience begins by listening.

Today

Today, based in Madrid, I collaborate with private families, luxury hotels and visionary partners around the world to create bespoke sensory journeys and extraordinary celebrations.

Whether I am designing a fragrance-inspired dinner, planting a tomato garden, exploring a market in search of forgotten flavours, or welcoming guests beneath the trees at El Molino, my intention is always the same:

To create moments that feel deeply personal.

Moments that awaken the senses.

Moments that become treasured memories.

Perhaps that has always been my journey.
